Microsoft hires audio-recording engineer for new audio technology job

The tech giant has announced a new video and audio recording technology engineer position.

The new position is for software engineers who want to focus on recording audio from the latest Windows 10 Mobile devices and tablets, the company said in a blog post today.

The position will be responsible for the development and support of new video capture technologies and audio editing software, Microsoft said.

The software engineer position has been open for three years, and Microsoft is seeking candidates for the position who have an “attractive, flexible and versatile personality.”

Microsoft also announced a special audio-recordings hiring round for developers this week.

The company said it has hired 25 developers for the video-records hiring round.

The job is available in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, San Francisco and Seattle, according to the job listing.
